MFTE HOMES

At Koz we understand the need to provide affordable housing and are proud to be part of the Tacoma Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program / Property Based Subsidy (PBS), which allows us to offer rent-restricted homes to individuals with low to moderate income through the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA). For rental and income limits provided by the city, click here: Income Limits - Tacoma Housing Authority. If your household income falls within the allowed income limits, you may be eligible for a set-aside affordable home. Applicants interested in renting MFTE/PBS homes are required to submit a standard rental application.
